Photography Movie Questions

1. Which well known photographers did Morris work alongside?
Morris worked alongside Robert Capa and Henri Cartier Bresson.

2. What was his most interesting/well known shot?
His most famous shot was the photo of soldiers fighting on the beach during D-Day.

3. What was challenging about his work?
He was tasked to cover the current news and document events through photography, so his shots often came about unexpectedly and quickly.

4. What did you find interesting about his work?
He was able to capture lots of emotion in his shots for how quickly most of them had to be taken, and able to put together very cool shots as well.

5. What did you find interesting about the works of Robert Capa and Henri Cartier Bresson?
War photography in general is interesting, as it's able to show the gritty reality of war through art in ways that are generally lost to the common civilian. I think these people did a great job at capturing that feeling and serving that purpose.
